Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be the key person responsible for the smooth operation of the warehouse and the flow of materials. In this position, you will manage a team of warehouse workers and ensure timely deliveries of materials for production. Your tasks will include both control of warehouse processes and ensuring compliance of operations with applicable health and safety standards and norms. We expect you to proactively introduce improvements and innovations so that our warehouse operates in line with the latest trends and technological possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of a team of warehouse workers and material suppliers.
• Organization of work in the subordinate area, control of working time of subordinate employees.
• Organisation of warehouse operations and internal supply systems in line with the latest trends and technical possibilities.
• Inventory control and reporting.
• Compliance with basic principles of warehouse management.
• Enforcing health and safety rules, discipline and order in the area under their supervision.
• Initiating activities related to the continuous improvement process in the subordinate area.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
• Valid qualifications to operate forklifts.
• Very good knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
• Experience in working on the SAP system.
